Abstract:
The foundation of rural revitalization lies in industrial revitalization.Accelerating agricultural science and technology innovation is an important support for rural revitalization.Facing the transformation of agriculture from increasing production to improving quality and the deepening development of agricultural science and technology revolution，there were obvious deficiencies in agricultural science and technology innovation in Jiangxi Province.First，insufficient reserve of basic frontier research to support major breakthroughs;second，insufficient demand-oriented technology research and development;third，imperfect institutional mechanism of close integration of science and technology with economy.Therefore，it was proposed to firmly grasp the trend and focus of agricultural scientific and technological innovation，carry out in-depth the ‘four major’ key projects of agricultural scientific and technological innovation，adhere to the path of agricultural scientific and technological collaborative innovation of ‘integration of government，industry，learning and research’，strengthen the guiding role of ‘government’，strengthen the dominant position of ‘production’ and ‘use’ as well as stimulate the active participation of ‘learning’ and ‘research’.
