Abstract:
Trifolium pratense extracts were used as test materials,and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),xanthineoxidase(XOD) and α-glucosidase were used as biological target molecules.In order to treat stroke and diabetes,the method of receptor-ligand affinity ultrafiltration,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-Exactive) and semi-preparative liquid chromatography were used to screen active ligands with enzyme inhibition in Trifolium pratense extracts.The results showed that there were six active ligands with enzyme inhibition in the extracts of Trifolium pratens,namely:daidzin,ononin,daidzein,genistein,formononetin and biochanin A.The purity of the six active ligands were separated by semi-preparative liquid chromatography was above 92%,which has potential value in the treatment of stroke and diabetes.
