Abstract:
‘Zixiang’ and ‘Tainong’ were used to test the storage classification and quality in this study.Length and width of fruit,contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar,total acid and sugar-acid ratio were determined in ambient temperature storage.The results showed that,the fruit length and width of ‘Zixiang’ was higher than those of ‘Tainong’,and the contents of vitamin C,total acid,soluble sugar had slightly difference among two cultivars,and the quality variation was similar.The sugar-acid ratio showed that ‘Zixiang’ (3.47-5.27) was higher than ‘Tainong’ (3.31-4.77) in difference fruit classifications.Generally,the passionfruit classifications in harvest and storage were set up firstly,and quality variation of two cultivates,which were the biggest cultivated area,were also analyzed.These would be worth for passionfruit harvest,storage and fruit classification.
