Abstract:
The susceptibility of red fruit Ailanthus altissima as a variety of A.altissima,seedlings was used as a test material.Morphological identification,molecular biological identification and pathogenicity identification methods were used to study the types of pathogenic fungi causing red fruit A.altissima seedling disease.In order to provide a strong basis to improve the survival rate and prevention control of red fruit skunk,so as to provide sufficient seedling source for landscaping.The results showed that there were five pathogenic fungi in the seedling stage of red fruit A.altissima,namely:Fusarium equiseti,F.solani,Alternaria tenuissima,and Chaetomium globosum and Neopetalotiopsis clavispora,of which F.solani was the main pathogen.
