Abstract:
Strawberry leaf is one of the by-products of strawberry production process.It is rich in a variety of biologically active ingredients and has certain potential value in food health products,cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.According to the domestic and foreign research reports in recent years,the biological activities of the main components (vitamin C,ellagic acid,proanthocyanidins,chlorogenic acid,quercetin,kaempferol,catechin) and biological activity of strawberry leaves (Resistance to anti-oxidation,anti-aging,whitening,bacteriostatic,dilating blood vessels,lowering blood sugar,anti-obesity,promoting digestion,etc.).The research progress was focused on,providing theoretical basis and scientific basis for the research,development and utilization of strawberry by-product resources.
