Abstract:
With the blueberry cultivar ‘Reka’ as the test material,sprayed different concentration GA3(25,50,75,100 mg?L-1),CPPU(5,10,15,20 mg?L-1) and GA3+CPPU (25+5,25+10,50+5,50+10,50+10 mg?L-1) combined treatments in the initial flowering stage,peak flowering stage,falling flowering stage and fruit expanding stage respectively,the effect of different periods and different treatments on the quality of blueberry ‘Reka’ fruit were studied.The results showed that fruit quality of different treatments during fruit expansione was better than that of flowering stage,and the combined treatment of GA3 and CPPU was better than that of the GA3 and CPPU alone.The principal component analysis showed that the combined treatment of 50 mg?L-1 GA3+10 mg?L-1 had the highest comprehensive score.Compared with the control,the single fruit weight increased by 33.1%,the contents of soluble solids,vitamin C,soluble protein and anthocyanins increased by increased by 15.3%,13.9%,20.6% and 14.4% respectively,while the content of titratable acid and the number of seeds decreased by 15.9% and 16.9% respectively,the comprehensive quality of fruit was better.
