Abstract:
In this research,the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi and salicylic acid on the growth,photosynthesis,and antioxidant enzymes activities of tomato under NaCl stress were explored.The results showed that AM fungi and exogenous salicylic acid (400 μmol?L-1SA) enhanced the weight of tomato roots,stems,and leaves under 6 g?L-1 NaCl stress.FM,SA,and FM+SA treatments had higher cholophyll content,gas conductance,ETR,and qP than those of salt treatment.FM and SA improved the POD and SOD activities of tomato under salt stress.The results showed that inoculation of AM fungi and application of exogenous salicylic acid under salt stress can improve the salt resistance of tomatoes.
