Abstract:
Land circulation has always been a major concern of academia and government,and land transfer is of great importance to the large-scale production of specialized farmers.In order to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of land transfer of large scale Apple specialized households,this study analyzed the land circulation behavior of large-scale Apple specialized households based on the micro data of 908 large-scale Apple specialized households in the main apple producing areas of China.The results showed that,1) large scale Apple specialized households tended to enter the land,and the scale had a positive effect on the incidence of land transfer;2) the farmers who had a higher proportion of agricultural income were more inclined to land transfer than those of concurrent farming;3) high tech specialized households were inclined to inflow into land,while low tech specialized households the general choice was to maintain the existing scale;4) clear property rights system,continuous land,participating cooperatives and perfect relationship network have a positive impact on land transfer decisions.In view of the above conclusions,this study put forward relevant policy recommendations.
