Abstract:
To provide reference basis for the development and utilization of Astragalus membranaceus,based on one way anova method,L25(56) orthogonal test method was adopted to optimize extraction process of anthocyanin in seeds of A.membranaceus using the absorbance as the evaluation index.The results showed that the main factor for extraction process was the material-liquid ratio,and the optimum material-liquid ratio,methanol volume fraction,acid volume,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature were 1∶8 g?mL-1,85%,1.0%,30 minutes and 30 ℃,respectively.This extraction method was simple,reliable and had high antioxidant capacity.
