- Abstract:
- The watermelon ‘Xiao Lan’ was selected as material，to analyze the plant height，leaf area and root length at the seedling stage and the biomass，yield and the nutritional quality of the fruit in facilities by the method of watering endophytes solution at the seedling stage and fertilizer decrement with suitable concentration of endophytes in facilities to select an efficient fertilization methods.The results showed that the 5 g?L-1concentration of endophytes could have a promotion effection and increase the plant height，leaf area and root length of watermelon seedling.The rate of watermelon wilt disease was dereased.The biomass，yield and the nutritional quality of the fruit was increased.The best effection was 40% fertilizer decrement with 1.5 kg per 667 m2 endophytic bacteria fertilizer and 50 mL per 667 m2 liquid bacteria.
