Abstract:
This study reviewed the new research progress of cucumber unpollinated ovum (ovule) in vitro culture.The main influencing factors in culture were summarized,compared and analyzed.The existing problems and development directions of the technology in cucumber breeding were discussed.In order to provide abundant theoretical support for cucumber molecular breeding technology.
