Abstract:
Twenty strains of wild Morchella from Qinling Mountains were used as test strains in order to obtain Morchella strains for artificial cultivation in Qinling Mountains,strains SXM-03 and SXM-04 with stable formation of fruiting body were obtained through primary screening,secondary screening and pilot trial.The above strains SXM-03 and SXM-04 were found capable of producing high quality fruiting bodies steadily,with the yields of (324.9±29.6)g?m-2 and (212.2±15.9)g?m-2 in secondary screening trial respectively.The results of the pilot trial in Qinling Mountains showed that the above strains were suitable for artificial cultivation in Qinling Mountains.
