- Abstract:
- C.heterophylla×C.avellana (‘Longzhen No.1’) seedlings were used as material. The effects of different IBA concentrations(500,750,1 000,1 250 mg·L-1) on the rooting of C.heterophylla × C.avellana (‘Longzhen No.1’) seedlings were studied, and the dynamic changes of peroxidase(POD)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activities during rooting were analyzed.Correlation analysis was conducted in order to discuss the mechanism of rooting. The results showed that the IBA concentration treatment could significantly improve the rooting rate, and 1 000 mg·L-1 had the best rooting effect. The rooting rate and adventitious root quality were significantly higher than those of other treatments.During rooting, the activities of POD and PPO increased first and then decreased, and the activity of POD peaked at 20 days after seedling cultivation, and the activity of PPO peaked at 40 days.Rooting rate was significantly positively correlated with POD and PPO activities. The use of suitable concentration of IBA could increase the activities of POD and PPO in rooting process and increase rooting rate.
