- Abstract:
- The photosynthetic response of four Lonicera edulis varieties to photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) under NaCl stress was studied using an isotonic condition control experiment,0.2%,0.4%,0.6% of different NaCl stress were set,comprehensive evaluation were used by significant analysis,quantitative evaluation,membership fuction and principle component analysis.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular CO2 concentration of four Lonicera edulis varieties had significant differences with increasing NaCl stress.Among them,net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),stomatal conductance (Gs) decreased in turn,and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) slowly increased.According to comprehensive analysis,NaCl stress directly affects the photosynthetic physiology of Lonicera edulis.Combined with various analysis and evaluation in this study,‘Bakqarskaya’ had relatively high salt tolerance,and ‘Yilyada’ had the lowest salt tolerance.
