Abstract:
The biological characteristics and domestication cultivation of the strain of (Agaricus padanus Lancon.) were studied, which isolated from the wild fruit body that collected from Wushenqi,Ordos city,Inner Mongolia. The optimal conditions of the mycelial growth were determined by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the fungus grew better at 25 ℃,pH 6,sucrose as carbon source, yeast powder as nitrogen source, mushroom juice as growth factor,MgSO4 as inorganic salt, wheat+cow dung as organic(matter)material medium. The orthogonal test showed that the distinct influence of the four factors, growth factor>nitrogen source>carbon source>inorganic salt, and the significant difference among all four factors.Turfy soil was chosen on the domestication cultivation test,3∶1 as the ratio of peat soil mixtured with several different raw materials respectively, such as sheep dung, cow dung, fermentation material and plant ash,20-25 ℃,pH 6.5-7.5 for mycelial growth,17.5-22.0 ℃,the humidity as 90%-95% for fruiting.
