Abstract:
As a kind of rare edible mushroom,Stropharia rugosoannulata,it is known as the wine red Burgundy mushroom,has been widely concerned by scholars in recent years.There are abundant nutrients in Stropharia rugosoannulata.The main components of Stropharia rugosoannulata are polysaccharides,flavonoids,phenols and sterols.It is reported that Stropharia rugosoannulata has antioxidant,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,bacteriostasis and anti-fatigue effects.It has great potential to develop into edible and medicinal bacteria.This study summarized the domestic and foreign research literatures on Stropharia rugosoannulata in recent years,and systematically summarized the cultivation techniques,nutrient components and biological activities of Stropharia rugosoannulata,in order to provide a reference for further study on Stropharia rugosoannulata.
