Abstract:
In this study, the natural soil moisture content of annual Heracleum moellendorffii was simulated, and 4 soil relative water contents (50%-60%,60%-70%,70%-80% and 80%-90%) were set up.The relationship between soil relative water content and the growth of Heracleum moellendorffii was studied and in order to provide reference for artificial cultivation of Heracleum moellendorffii. The results showed that the water stress for Heracleum moellendorffii was low soil moisture (50%-70%),and the high soil moisture (70%-90%) was conducive to the growth of Heracleum moellendorffii, the plant height, petiole length, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight and chlorophyll content were at the high level and the content of MDA and proline, the activity of POD and SOD were at a low level;for the 60 days of the annual Heracleum moellendorffii after planting, the plant height, leaf number, fresh weight and maximum leaf area relative growth rate changes showed a slow-fast-slow trend, with a ‘S’ growth curve, and petiole length relative growth rate showed a gradually increasing trend.
