- Abstract:
- In order to provide the foundation for the breeding, genetic diversity among 19 genetic resources of tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) from Yunnan and Hainan was analyzed by using sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers. The results showed that 15 of 126 SRAP pairs of primers could amplify the clear and high polymorphism bands, polymorphic band percentage >25%.Using these 15 pairs of primers amplified 19 tamarinds by SRAP,a total of 135 amplified clear bands were obtained,of which 72 were polymorphic bands, per primer combination could amplify 9 bands,in which 4.8 polymorphic bands, the average percentage of polymorphic bands was 53.12%,the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.602-0.947,averaging 0.791;19 Tamarindus resources were divided into four classes by the results of UPGMA clustering.Genetic differences between wild materials were small, genetic differences between non-wild materials were greater than that of wild species.
