Abstract:
During post-harvest storage,winter jujube was very perishable of the latent infection disease.In this study,there were three emerging non-conventional technologies for the control of post-harvest fungal diseases of winter jujube:Application of antagonistic microorganism,natural antimicrobial substances,and sanitizing products.And the mechanism and advantages or disadvantages of each technology were discussed.In order to provide theoretical reference for research and application of winter jujube preservation.
