Abstract:: Under the new situation in which the ‘Internet+’ has been established as a national development strategy.Will Heilongjiang Province′s agricultural economy be transformed from a traditional,single,closed agricultural industry to a sustainable,green,ecological,and intelligent new industry,with the help of the ‘Internet+’ platform and the development of the tourism industry.We will achieve integrated development,so as to realize leap-forward innovation and development,it is worth focusing on in-depth research and exploration,and it is also an important issue faced by scientists and technicians.The study is based on the analysis of the advantages and developmental significance of the development of smart agricultural tourism in Heilongjiang Province in the context of the ‘Internet+’ background,and the major problems in the development,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of smart agricultural tourism in Heilongjiang Province under the background of ‘Internet+’ was put forward,which was conducive to the sound and rapid development of agricultural sustainability in Heilongjiang Province.
