Abstract:: Heilongjiang Province is a big agricultural ecological province，which has more characteristic rural ecotourism resources and rural culture，so for deepening the construction of new rural ecological civilization，increasing the rural original ecological characteristic cultural activity project and farmers economic income，we should carry out characteristic rural ecotourism.This study learned from the advanced experience of the development of rural ecological tourism and characteristic of rural ecotourism project practice in the related areas at home and abroad，analyzed the the composition of rural ecotourism resources and ecological tourism development mode in Heilongjiang Province，and the major problems in development at present，on the basis of these analysis，the strategy of sustainable development was put forward，thus providing effective help for the sustainable development of rural ecological tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
