Abstract:: In order to promote the development of crowdfunding of agricultural products,four aspects of the scale index of agricultural products crowdfunding,the index of quality of agricultural product crowdfunding practitioners,technical support index and development potential index were constructed by referring to the theoretical basis for measuring the level of rural ecommerce development at home and abroad.The index system of measuring the level of development of the crowdfunding of agricultural products was established.Based on the survey data of 16 county-level demonstration projects in the field of crowdfunding in Heilongjiang Province,principal-component analysis was used to score and rank the crowdfunding level of the agricultural products in the sample counties.The study found that the overall level of crowdfunding of agricultural products in Wuchang was the highest,the level of crowdfunding of agricultural products in Fuyuan county was the lowest,and finally the countermeasures and suggestions on crowdfunding of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province were put forward.
