Abstract:
In the face of the market instability of the single variety of kidney bean production in the greenhouse of cold vegetables in North China and the problem of soil ecological obstacle linked with the long-term operation.By analyzing the seasonal price changes of the cold blooming and fruiting vegetables,such as kidney beans,cherry tomatoes and broccoli,in the markets of Beijing and Guangdong,and combining with the production of vegetables in plateau region of Bashang in North China,this study strategy explored that the economic and ecological safety of greenhouse vegetables technical strategy.The results showed that kidney beans,cherry tomatoes and broccoli had a difference of 134.4%-169.1% in Beijing and Guangdong markets,with a regional difference of 113.6%-151.0% between the two places.Greenhouse of plateau area to produce cherry tomatoes and broccoli,most of the listing period in Beijing to catch up with the peak season,the Guangdong market off-season;its output reached 1.04-1.59 times the number of kidney beans,tropical Guangdong market with Beijing 129.3% and 146.3% regional difference.Cherry tomatoes and broccoli had a large market capacity in the tropical summer and autumn market,which could be used as a high-efficient stubble for greenhouse kidney beans in plateau region of Bashang.
