Abstract:
Inrecentyears,thegarlicpricevolatilitymakevariousoperatorsaffectedongarlicindustrychain,inordertorevealthedeepwavegarlicpriceitself,taking2004—2017nationalmonthlywholesalepriceofgarlicastheresearchobject,theX-12seasonaladjustmentmodelandH-Pfilteringmethodwereusedtodecomposethegarlicpriceintodifferentfluctuationcomponentsofgarlicprice.Thestudyshowedthatgarlicpriceseasonalfluctuationscharacteristicswassignificant,irregularwavecharacteristicshadnopresentstheobviousgrowthordeclinetrend,seasonalfluctuationandirregularwavewasmoreandmorestable.Inthelongterm,garlicpricestendedtoriseinwaves,andeachfluctuationcyclewasdifferentinlengthandduration,andtherangeoffluctuationwasdifferent,anddifferentcyclicalfactorswerenotthesame.
