- Abstract:
- Five different salt tolerant alfalfa varieties were used as materials for genetic diversity by 5 pairs of SSR primers, with statistical data by 0/1 method, and using principal component analysis and the method of membership function of 5 alfalfa heterozygosity,Shannon index,PIC,the percentage of polymorphic loci,PNe/Ao comprehensive evaluation.According to the comprehensive evaluation value (D value),the size of genetic variation was sorted,in order to provide the basis for the selection of later genetic parents. The results showed that the average DNA polymorphism of five alfalfa varieties to each group, effective rate was 62.65% and the average was 3.66,lower than the average number of the number of alleles observed value of 7.20,the average heterozygosity was 0.736 6,the average PIC was 0.689 0,the average Shannon-Wiener index was 2.083;the genetic variation was:‘Juneng No.7’> ‘Kanghan 15’>‘Juneng’>‘Qishi T’ >‘Adina’;genetic distance was 0.434 2-0.865 6;cluster analysis showed that the genetic distance between ‘Qishi T’/‘Adina’ was minimum(0.314 4),‘Juneng No.7’/‘Kanghan 15’ had the furthest genetic distance(0.725 0).
