Abstract:: Under the background of supply-side structural reform,the changes on agricultural economic growth in Jilin Province nearly 40 years were analyzed since the reform and opening up.According to the implementation of different agricultural policies,the speed of conversion and contribution rate of the industrial structure of agriculture were estimated in stages.The results showed that the changes in the external structure of agriculture in Jilin Province conformed to the law of development from 1978 to 1998.The proportion of farming industry declined,and the animal husbandry rose,had significant growth characteristics.While the changes in the internal structure of agriculture had slow speed with negative effect on agricultural economic growth entering the 21st century.The supply structure of agricultural industry and the development of agricultural economy did not adapted,and the industrial structure of agriculture needed to be further rationalized and advanced.
