- Abstract:
- Lycopus lucidus Turcz was taken as test material,the ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Lycopus lucidus Turcz was optimized with extraction rate as index by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment.And the antioxidant activity and functional property were researched.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows,solid-liquid ratio 1∶48 g·mL-1,ultrasonic power 280 W,extraction temperature 80 ℃,extraction time 90 minutes.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was 7.2%,the content of polysaccharide was 61.8%.The half-scavenging rates (IC50) on·OH and superoxide anion of the extracted polysaccharides were 4.56 mg·mL-1 and 3.38 mg·mL-1,respectively.The oil absorption,foaming stability and moisture absorption of polysaccharides were well,while the foaming ability and moisture retentionwere in general.
