Abstract:
Yali pear was used as experimental material, and different concentrations of exogenous polyamines were treated. The effects of exogenous polyamines on growth of self-pollinated pollen tube and self-crossing fruit were studied by pollen culture in vitro, fluorescence microscopic observation and fruit setting investigation. The results showed that pollen germination rate in vitro and the pollen tube length were significantly increased after suitable concentration of polyamines treatment. The most suitable concentration of Put and Spd was 0.250 mmol·L-1,and the concentration of Spm was 0.050 mmol·L-1.Pollen tube stopped growth and enlarged at middle of the style after 72 hours of self-pollination.But it could go through the middle of the style to the bottom after three kinds of polyamines treatments. The Spd concentration with 0.250 mmol·L-1 was the best. The percentage of self-pollinated fruit set was significantly increased by spraying different kind of exogenous polyamines. The best effects of exogenous polyamine was 0.250 mmol·L-1 Put treatment.
