- Abstract:
- The fruiting body of Russula collected from Chuxiong,Yunnan Province,was used to obtain pure culture.The mycelia was cultured in liquid medium,and the mycelia was used for ITS identification.The results showed that the improved PDA was the best medium for isolation from the fruiting body of Russula mariae,and the hyphae were white and small,and the growth rate was extremely slow.The mycelia grew slowly by liquid culture.Hyphae ball were determined as Russula mariae.
