Abstract:
Flumorph belongs to the acrylamide fungicides.It was widely used in production,because of its high efficiency and environmental protection,crop and animal and plant safety,low cost of agricultural advantages.To clarify cucumber downy mildew pathogen resistance to flumorph,the sensitivity and resistance level of 69 cucumber downy mildew strains to flumorph in 13 cucumber producing areas in 8 provinces of Guangdong,Hubei,Jiangsu,Shandong,Beijing,Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang Provinces were detected by using leaf disc floatation method.The results showed that the EC50 of cucumber downy mildew strains to flumorph was 0.217 2-2.464 3 μg·mL-1,the average EC50 was 0.728 2 μg·mL-1.There were 2 sensitive strains,60 strains had low resistance and 7 strains had medium resistance without high resistant strain among 69 tested strains.The remaining provinces had a relatively low risk of resistance to flumorph,except for the tested strains in Shandong Province.In general,the risk of flumorph resistance developent in cucumber downy mildew strains was still at a low anti-flumorph stage.
