Abstract:
The stems and leaves of Actinidia arguta were used as test materials,using the polysaccharide yields as index,the ultrasonic assisted extraction method was chosen for extraction leaves polysaccharides,and the microwave-assisted extraction method was chosen for extraction stems method.The optimum extraction methods of polysaccharide were determined on the base of single test and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum technology of leaves was that ultrasonic time was 40 minutes,liquid-solid ratio was 40 mL·g-1 and the ultrasonic power was 900 W.Under the condition the yield of leaves polysaccharide was 4.50%.The optimum technology of stems was that the microwave time was 40 minutes,the microwave power was 315 W,the liquid-solid ratio was 59 mL·g-1,under the condition the yield of stems polysaccharide was 2.85%.The polysaccharide extraction from the stems and leaves could scavenge DPPH,and the polysaccharides could be used as natural antioxidant,to be further exploited.
