Abstract:
Cherry purple tomato ‘Yanzi No.1’ seeds were taken as experimental materials,and the sterile seedlings were obtained after sterile treatment;and then the immature cotyledons of sterile seedlings were used as explants for callus induction,differentiation and rooting were studied,and a complete tissue culture regeneration system was established.The results showed that purple tomato cotyledon cultured in MS+IAA 0.1 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1 was the best under the condition of callus induction medium;callus dark culture could induce callus to produce adventitious buds,the culture medium MS+NAA 0.01 mg·L-1+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1 was the best;inducing regeneration of adventitious buds were cultured after 2 weeks of light in MS+NAA 0.05 mg·L-1 medium,rooting was fine,a complete regeneration system could be obtained.
