Abstract:
The Viola tricolor seed was used as materials and water culture was used to explore the effects of different concentrations of hexavalent chromium ion stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Viola tricolor. The purpose of this study was to clear the harm and mechanism of chromium on Viola tricolor, and provide the basis for further research. The results showed that germination energy and germination rate were increased when the concentration of Cr6+ range was 0-5.0 mg·L-1,and decreased when the concentration of Cr6+ range was 5.0-80.0 mg·L-1;when the concentration of Cr6+ range was 0-80.0 mg·L-1,with the increasing of the concentration of Cr6+,root length of Viola tricolor decreased significantly, the seedling length first increased and then decreased, and there was the maximum when the the concentration of Cr6+ was 2.5 mg·L-1.When the concentration of Cr6+ range was 0-5.0 mg·L-1,the concentration of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were increased, and that was decreased when the concentration of Cr6+ range was 5.0-40.0 mg·L-1.
