- Abstract:
- To screen out the type and treatment methods of exogenous growth regulators suitable for the cutting propagation of Laportea bulbifera,further improved the survival percentage of Laportea bulbifera cutting.In this study,the fresh middle stem of Laportea bulbifera was used as the test material,and the effects of three growth regulators (IAA,IBA,NAA),four concentration gradients (0(CK),50,100,150,200 mg·L-1),and four time-length gradients(1,2,3,4 hours) on cutting propagation were studied.After 45 days of treatment,the growth indicators including rooting rate,root number,root length,root effect index,number of leaves,number of new stems,new stem length,etc. were observed and multiple comparisons and principal component analysis were performed.The results showed that the different concentrations of the three growth regulators were significantly better than CK for the cutting propagation of Laportea bulbifera.However,the effects of different concentrations of the three growth regulators on the cutting propagation of Laportea bulbifera were different.The number of rooting increased with the increase of processing time,but the results had little difference between the treatment groups.The effects of three growth regulators on the number of rooting in the groups were studied,and the NAA 200 mg·L-1 4 hours>IAA 200 mg·L-1 4 hours>IBA 200 mg·L-1 4 hours>IBA 200 mg·L-1 4 hours.The root effect indexes significantly increased with the increase of three growth regulators (50-200 mg·L-1) concentration.The principal component analysis results showed that the comprehensive score of NAA 200 mg·L-1 4 hours was the highest,it was 1.583 8,ranking at the first,and the control group comprehensive score was the lowest,the score was -2.915 5.Therefore,the treatment of NAA 200 mg·L-1 4 hours was more conductive to the cutting propagation of Laportea bulbifera.
