- Abstract:
- One-year-old lignified branches of plum and apricot rootstock were used as test materials, treated 1 hour with 50,100,200 mg·L-1 NAA and IBA,in order to research the survival rate of four varieties of plum and apricot rootstock from Europe. The results showed that the rapid rooting period of test materials was 5-6 weeks after cutting, the hardwood cuttage survival rate of four rootstocks was improved in different degrees after phytohormones treatment,25-39,2-1 and 9-5 were suited for hardwood cutting if they were treated with suitable kinds and phytohormone concentrations.
