- Abstract:
- One-year-old lignified branches of plum and apricot rootstock were used as test materials，treated 1 hour with 50，100，200 mg·L-1 NAA and IBA，in order to research the survival rate of four varieties of plum and apricot rootstock from Europe.The results showed that the rapid rooting period of test materials was 5-6 weeks after cutting，the hardwood cuttage survival rate of four rootstocks was improved in different degrees after phytohormones treatment，25-39，2-1 and 9-5 were suited for hardwood cutting if they were treated with suitable kinds and phytohormone concentrations.
