- Abstract:
- Wild Solanum had great utilization value,but its seeds were not easy to germinate under the normal conditions.In this experiment,gibberellin acid (GA,0-1 000 mg·L-1) with different concentrations gradients were used to deal with the seeds of Solanum integrifolium Poir.,Solanum torvum Sw.and Solanum indicum L.,and also three indicators of the germination rate,germination potential and germination index were counted to discuss the effects of different concentrations of GA on seeds germination.The results showed that,with the increase of GA concentrations,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the seeds of Solanum torvum Sw.and Solanum indicum L.were all rised,and their maximum germination rate were 73.33% at 1 000 mg·L-1.However,all the indexes of Solanum integrifolium Poir.reached the maximum at 600 mg·L-1,and its maximum germination rate was 47.78%.After that,all indicators of Solanum integrifolium Poir.showed a downward trend with increasing GA concentration.
