- Abstract:
- To identify the pathogenic fungus of kiwifruit soft rot disease to ‘Guichang’ Gooseberry in Xiuwen county,and screen out effective chemicals for control of this disease.The pathogenic fungus of kiwifruit soft rot disease to ‘Guichang’ Gooseberry were isolated,purified and identified by using the morphological and molecular biological observation.Then,the toxicities of more than fungicides were determined by mycelial growth rate.The results showed that four kinds of fungi were responsible for fruit rot of kiwifruit,which were Botryosphaeria dothidea,Phomopsis sp.,Alternaria alternata and Phona sp..Among them,Botryosphaeria dothidea and Phomopsis sp.were the dominant pathogen.Trifloxystrobin tebuconazole,Tebuconazole,Hexaconazole,Iiprodione and Difenoconazole showed good inhibitive effect against Botryosphaeria dothidea and Phomopsis sp..The EC50 values of this five fungicides to Botryosphaeria dothidea were 0.038 0-0.1 56 8 μg·mL-1,respectively,and those to Phomopsis sp.were 0.017 4-0.643 6 μg·mL-1,which could be used as an effective control agent for soft rot of kiwifruit in the field.
