- Abstract:
- Based on the analysis of agricultural extension modes and the operational mechanisms of universities at home and abroad，combined with the relevant policies promulgated by the state and the actual needs of agricultural production，a multi-disciplinary expert service team was set up in Hebei Agricultural University.It takes the muskmelon poverty of Caixi village for instance to carry out empirical analysis in order to solve the problem of industrial development.The results showed that the connection between the university extension of agriculture and the farmers lacks in device.And the management system of human，financial and material resourses were in a mess.It was suggested to solve the problems existed in the extension of agricultural extension by established a university extension platform of agricultural technology and optimizing the operation mechanism.
