Abstract:
TakingTricholomaflavovirensastherawmaterial,theeffectsofextractionconditionssuchasliquid-solid,microwavetime,microwavepowerandextractiontimeswereinvestigatedbyone-factortestsandorthogonaltest.AndtheextractionpolysaccharideswereanalyzedbyDPPH·andABTS+·test.Theresultsshowedthattheextractiontimeaffectedtheyieldmarkably,secondlywassolid-liquidratio,andtheextractiontimeshadtheleastinfluence;theoptimumconditionsweredeterminedasfollows:solid-liquidratio15∶1mL·g-1,microwavepowerof320W,microwavetimeof3minutesandextractiontimesof3times.Underthecondition,theyieldwasupto4.11%.Theantioxidationexperimentsindicatedthatthepolysaccharideshadgoodoxidationresistantability.Andthescavengingabilityrelatedwiththeconcentrations,attheconcentrationof3.5g·L-1and2.5g·L-1,theDPPH·andABTS+·scavengingratewere88%and90%.
