- Abstract:
- ‘Haizhen No.1’ is a new cucumber rootstock F1 hybrid bred by crossing Xz08-02 as female parent with Nz09-04 as male parent.It has stronger graft compatibility and symbiotic affinity．When grafted with wax gourd scion，its seedling has high survival rate．Grafted seedlings are highly resistant to Fusarium wilt,resistant to root knot nematode,especially after grafting with wax gourd,grafted seedlings could yield 40.13% higher than self-rooted wax gourd,vitamin C content increased by 2.83%。
