- Abstract:
- Based on the perspective of the strategy of rejuvenating the country,combined with AHP and DEA,and according to the characteristics of the development of new agricultural technology and strategy development,the agricultural cooperatives in the new technology transfer-system efficiency evaluation index system was constructed.Taking Hebei Province Bohai granary 14 agricultural cooperatives as the research object,the empirical analysis were conducted.Finally,it put forward some measures and countermeasures to improve the transfer-efficiency of the agricultural cooperatives in Hebei Province.
