- Abstract:
- PrimulapseudodenticulataPaxwasusedastestmaterial.PhysiologicalandbiochemicalresponsesofPrimulapseudodenticulataPaxwasstudiedatthedifferentdegreesofshades(0%(CK),40%,65%,85%).InordertostudytheneedsandadaptabilitytosunlightofPrimulapseudodenticulataPax.Theresultsshowedthatwiththeincreasingofshadingintensity,crownwidthincreased,leafnumberandstolonnumberdecreased.Thechlorophyllcontentincreasedfirstandthendecreased.Leafwatercontent,leafbiomassratio,apparentquantumefficiencygraduallyincreased.Rootbiomassratio,rootshootratioandleafweightratiodecreased.Thelightcompensationpoint,thelightsaturationpointandthemaximumnetphotosyntheticratedecreased.TheconclusionshowedthattheshadetoleranceofPrimulapseudodenticulataPaxwasstronger,andcouldbeusedasplantingmaterialundertheforest.
