Abstract:
A total of 20 strains were used to study the genetic diversity and agronomic traits of Pleurotus citrinopileatus,i.e.,8 cultivated strains and 12 wild ones.The genetic diversity of these strains was analyzed with ISSR markers,and agronomic traits in terms of mycelium growth rate,yield,earliness and morphology of the fruiting bodies were evaluated.The results showed that,a total of 92 bands were generated from 10 ISSR primers,of which 98.91% were polymorphic indicating that the 20 strains were highly genetical diverse;the 20 strains were divided into two groups at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.65.The mycelium growth rate of the 20 strains on PDA plates was uncorrelated with the yield,whereas the yield was significantly correlated with earliness of the production;three traits of the morphology of the fruiting bodies were significantly correlated,i.e.,cap size,cap thickness and stipe thickness.Genetical distant strains showed more differences in agronomic traits.According to the trait data,Pc6,Pc7,Pc13 were selected as superior strains carrying ideal traits,i.e.,short production period,high yield,large and thick cap.
