- Abstract:
- Seven kiwifruit resources were used as materials, and relating Actinidia plant sequences were downloaded from GenBank database.K2P genetic distance matrix and NJ phylogenetic tree were constructed by using cpDNA marker matK and rbcL and the interspecies relationship of Actinidia was analyzed in order to provide some useful information for the study on the classification of Actinidia. The results suggested that the current ‘four groups and four lines’ classification system did not consent with our conclusion. The genetic distance between Sect.Leiocarpae Dunn and other three groups and 2 lines of Sect.Leiocarpae Dunn were long.So it was suggested that Sect.Leiocarpae Dunn conformed to two lines. The other three groups mixed each other,it was difficult to be divided,so this study suggested a combination of those three groups which downgraded to three lines. In conclusion it was suggested a ‘two groups and five lines’ Actinidia classification system.
