Abstract:

In this study,genetic diversity among seven populations of ª«Nostoc communeª« were analyzed by using ISSR molecular techniques.The results showed that there were 40 polymorphic loci among 41 ISSR loci by 8 ISSR primers;there were higher level of genetic diversity at species level (PPB ª«=97.56%,ª«He=ª«0.4114,ª«I=ª«0.598 1) than at population level(PPBª«=43.90%,ª«Heª«=0.165 4,ª«Iª«=0.246 3);a high level of genetic differentiation existed in populations:ª«Gstª«=0.597 3,ª«PHIst ª«=0.613 4,(Hsp-Hpopª«)/ª«Hspª«=0.588 2;and the 7 populations were divided into 4 groups by cluster analysis.There was a higher level of genetic diversity at species level than at populations level,a higher level of genetic differentiation existed among populations than within populations.ª¤
