- Abstract:
- Compared with ‘Wu Xiang-1’,four high temperature strains of Lentinus edodes such as ‘Ting Xuan-18’‘Zhe Xiang-6’‘Xia Gu-931’ and ‘Qing Ke-212’ were introduced in Yinjiang county,Guizhou Province.The results showed that the growth rate of mycelium of ‘Qing Ke-212’ was significantly higher than that of ‘Wu Xiang-1’ and other tested strains.‘Qing Ke-212’ grew fastest in mother culture medium (3.600 mm·d-1),and the mycelium growth and color was the best.‘Qing Ke-212’ was of better agronomic traits of fruiting body,its average single fresh weight was 27.780 g.There were no significant differences among ‘Xia Gu-931’‘Zhe Xiang-6’ and ‘Qing Ke-212’,but there were significant differences between ‘Ting Xuan-18’ and ‘Wu Xiang-1’.The average weight of fresh ‘Qing Ke-212’ mushroom was 16.613 kg per 20 bags and had no significant difference with ‘Xia Gu-931’,but was significantly higher than that of ‘Wu Xiang-1’ and other strains;the biological conversion rate was as high as 55%.‘Qing Ke-212’ was of good comprehensive properties,high yield,and could be applied in local summer Letinous edodes production.
