Abstract:
Agrocybe cylindracea was used as a material,the hyphae were cultured in liquid medium containing gradient concentrations of sodium selenite (0,2.5,5.0,10.0,20.0,40.0 mg·L-1),the changes of extracellular ligninase,amylase,pectinase,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activities in mycelium were studied.The results showed that selenium had a certain influence on the size of extracellular enzymatic activity of mycelium.Adding suitable concentration of selenium could promote the activity of six extracellular enzymes of agrocybe cylindracea,the optimal selenium concentration for the ligninase and pectinase activity was 2.5 mg·L-1,and the optimum selenium concentration for the other four enzyme activities was 5.0 mg·L-1.
