Abstract:
The wild Laccaria laccata in Baoshan was used as the material,the polysaccharides was extracted by microwave assisted method,based on the single factor experiment,the response surface method of Box-Behnken significant factors of microwave time,microwave power and liquid-solid ratio.The antioxidation of polysaccharides was determined by the scavenging effect of DPPH· and ·OH.The results showed that the optimum conditions of Laccaria laccata polysaccharides were:microwave time 90 seconds,microwave power 350 W,liquid-solid ratio 50∶1 mL·g-1,water bath temperature 80 ℃,water bath time 2 hours,and the polysaccharide yield was 6.75%.Compared with predicted value (6.79%),it had a smaller relative error at 0.59%.Furthermore,Laccaria laccata polysaccharides had remarkable scavenging activity to DPPH· and ·OH,which indicated that was a strong natural antioxidation and further study was worth doing.
