- Abstract:
- Bradysia difformis was used as test insect, the bioassay and sublethal effect of four benzoylurea insecticides against to B.difformis were tested by dipping method and drug membrane method,in order to explore the toxic effect of benzoylurea insecticide against to Bradysia difformis. The results showed that the toxicity of chlorfluazuron and flufenoxuron were higher in 2nd and 4th instar larvae, and the LC50 of chlorfluazuron was 5.526 mg·L-1 and 7.521 mg·L-1 respectively. The sublethal concentration of four pesticides could extend the developmental period of 4th instar larvae and pupal stage, and reduce the pupation rate and emergence rate, chlorfluazuron and flufenoxuron could significantly effect to the developmental period of 4th instar larvae, pupal stage, pupation rate and emergence rate (P<0.05),in greenhouse and field, chlorfluazuron and flufenoxuron could be used as ideal pesticides to control the larvae of B.difformis.
