Abstract:
29 radish varieties were used as test materials,moisture content,vitamin C content,protein content,soluble sugar content and sulforaphene content were evaluated,nutritional quality of radish root was comprehensively evaluated,quality trait of different radish resources were analyzed.The results showed that there was a huge difference in nutritional content among different materials,in which the content of sulforaphene was the largest difference of 149 times.At 4.5 Euclidean distances,29 radish resources could be classified into 4 groups based on 6 phenotypic traits and 5 test indicators.The subordinate function method was used to evaluate the nutritional quality of fleshy roots,and it showed that the comprehensive nutritional quality of ‘Zaozhuang Xiaoding Woxin’‘Beijing Xinlimei’‘Fengguang Yidai’ were outstanding.
